Situation seems to be getting worse for actress Shilpa Shinde, who is involved in a rift with the producer of her show 'Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai.'

Few days ago, Ekta Kapoor came out in support of Binaifer Kohli.

She took to her Instagram account and posted a news paper clipping along with the caption, "#binaiferkohli d producer of d super hit #bhabhijigharpehai is taking legal action against their unprofessional actor! Producers on tv wodout IP work d hardest n earn d last! I urge all my fellow producers to stand by binaifer in her quest to get justice!"

Shilpa, who is supposed to be a part of Kapil Sharma's new show on Sony, cannot start shooting for the show unless the ongoing issue gets resolved.

A source from CINTAA (The Cine and TV Artistes Association) said that association has categorically ordered Shilpa to return to the sets of the show.

They had done so after listening to both parties' problems. Since Shilpa already is bound by contract for Bhabi Ji, the governing association asked her to resume shooting for the show immediately.

The source further revealed that the 38-year-old actress won't be allowed to sign anything else which means she cannot be a part pof 'The Kapil Sharma Show' until both the parties involved come to a solution.
