Makers are busy raising funds for Elton John biopic that will be kind of a musical fantasy.
As a part of that, Elton John band will be performing at the Oscars party for the first time and Bulgari will auction off a "priceless" diamond necklace to benefit the foundation, reports E! Online.
According to the music legend's husband David Furnish, the movie will be a musical fantasy biopic that will show an exaggerated, magnificent version of his life. So, the makers are waiting for the right partners and finance in place to do the job properly.
Tom Hardy was signed on to play John in October 2013 and the shooting was supposed to begin about a year later.
