Emaar MGF receives 'Occupancy Certificate' for Emerald Hills

India's leading real estate developer Emaar MGF announced its major winning with the Occupancy Certificate for the first phase of its integrated township project Emerald Hills located on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurgaon.

The company has already offered 150 plots for possession to its customers, and has received the occupancy certificate for 413 more units, whose possession and handover will commence soon.
