Former Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee is interested in running for the White House in 2016.

The former Arkansas governor said on Fox News Sunday he is interested in running again, but will wait until after the 2014 mid-term elections to decide.

According to Fox News, Huckabee ran for president in 2008.

He has also defended the recent controversy over the anti-gay comments by the star of television show Duck Dynasty.

Star Phil Robertson was simply expressing biblical Christian values, Huckabee said.
