A former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader has sued a gossip website for posts that she said were false and malicious.
Sarah Jones took the stand on Monday in a retrial of her lawsuit against thedirty.com, a Scottsdale, Arizona based website, and its operator, Nik Richie, the New York Daily News reported.
Previously, a January trial in the lawsuit had resulted in a hung jury.
One of the posts alleged that Jones had bedded every Bengals player and another said that she probably suffered from two sexually transmitted diseases.
Jones has denies both theses allegations.
