Formula One star racer Nico Rosberg has expressed that he is concerned about the intense hype that Mick Schumacher garners whenever the 16-year-old gears up for a race.
Mick, who is the son of Formula One legend Michael Schumacher, made an early exit from a Mercedes event in Stuttgart on Saturday and finished two seconds behind compatriot Rosberg, who was fourth overall in the competition behind third-placed Hamilton.
Rosberg, whose father Keke was the 1982 world champion, admitted that he understands the amount of pressure that the teenager has to deal with in order to live up the family name.
Rosberg, who finished runner-up in the 2015 F1 season, opined that Mick attracts an incredible amount of hype and said that the increasing fandom might take some of the fun of the sport away from him, but added that the teenager has to live with it, News.com.au reported.
The German F1 driver further said that he hopes Mick could enjoy the racing despite all the hype.
Schumacher, who is a seven-time champion, has been going through his painfully slow recovery at his Swiss lakeside home after being injured while skiing during a French Alps vacation.
