The latest version of Facebook for iOS can automatically recognize a song or TV show a user is watching and adds it to his/her status.
According to The Verge, the new feature called 'audio recognition' begins listening as soon as one starts typing a new status, and the audio would be recognized by the time one finishes writing the status.
Users can opt in to the feature for the first time by tapping a new button inside the status window and when there is a match a badge will pop up over Facebook's feeling button, the report added.
