Facebook has targeted users from India, Pakistan and China for their outreach towards the next 5 billion users and augmented revenue rates.
A study of social media strategy conducted by iStrategy Labs indicates the number of users in Pakistan to be 14.2 million and 102 million in India. The social media network also sees China as a possible attribute for growth in revenue patterns.
According to The Express Tribune, Facebook Advertising data also shows China to have just 8,40,000 registered users due to the strict regulations of the country.
However, the data also shows that advancement of growth in China would be centralized if Facebook were allowed to function officially in the country.
