Former Formula 1 world champion Michael Schumacher's family has thanked his fans for their get well wishes on the F1 legend's website.
Schumacher's family said that the German is a fighter and they are deeply touched by the support his fans have shown towards the champion.
Seven weeks ago, the seven-time world champion suffered his life-threatening accident while skiing with his son in the French Alpine resort of Meribel, where he owns a chalet, and since then he remains in intensive care as doctors try to ease him out of an artificially-induced coma.
The report said that any kind of criminal wrongdoings have been ruled out by the French Investigators in the freak accident.
There were reports last week that Schumacher had contracted pneumonia but he is recovering in a controlled and continuous way.
