After an impressive debut with 'Dangal,' Fatima Sana Sheikh has joined the star-studded cast of Yash Raj Films' upcoming project 'Thugs of Hindostan'.
The director of the movie, Vijay Krishna Acharya said, "The role of the girl is pivotal to the film so it was crucial for us to find the perfect fit. Through a rigorous round of auditions and action workshops, we found in Fatima a truly dedicated actor and a gifted performer of action. We are very happy to have found the perfect girl for our film."
The movie stars Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles and this is the first time these two superstars will be seen together in a film.
Acharya will be direction Aamir for the second time, after the blockbuster 'Dhoom 3'.
The film's shoot begins from June 1 and is slated for a Diwali release.
