The Washington Navy Yard shooter's video has been released by federal investigators, which unveils the September 26 rampage that claimed a dozen lives.
The video released by the FBI showed Aaron Alexis driving up to a parking garage in a rental car, entering the building with a backpack and then cocking his shotgun to open fire on his first victim, and then clinging closely to a wall to unleash his Remington 870 shotgun to fire on another round of workers.
Investigators also revealed that Alexis had left behind several relevant communications that indicated he was being tormented by magnetic wave forces, and was ready to die during the deadly ambush, the New York Post reports.
