FC Goa players Luciano Sobrosa and Rafael Dumas on Friday received a suspension for two matches of the ongoing Indian Super League (ISL) for misconduct during their side's 1-2 defeat at the hands of Kerala Blasters on Tuesday.
Sobrosa and Dumas were found guilty of 'Offensive Behaviour Towards Match Officials' under the All India Football Federation (AIFF) Disciplinary Code Article 58 for aggressive attitude towards match referee during the clash in Kochi.
Additionally, the club have been fined Rs 240,000 and Rs 200,000 for two separate incidents of 'team misconduct' under Article 53 'A' and 53 'B' of the AIFF Disciplinary Code.
Both Sobrosa and Dumas will not be available for selection in today's clash against NorthEast United and the following November 16 game against Mumbai City FC, to be played at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Goa.
