The Speaker and the Deputy Speaker will also be elected during the two-day session.
The Delhi Assembly will be addressed by Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung tomorrow.
According to reports, the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP Government is expected to initiate discussions on its poll promises, including women's safety and cheaper electricity during the session.
