'Fitness freak' Sooraj Pancholi finds Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone fittest

'Hero' actors Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty were recently spotted together at the launch of celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala book Sculpt and Shape in India's showbiz capital Mumbai.

Whilst interacting with the media, Sooraj, who himself is a fitness freak, revealed who he thinks is the fittest actor and actress in Bollywood.

The 25-year-old actor told media that in men, he finds Tiger Shroff the fittest in Bollywood and when it comes to the actresses, the newbie actor took Deepika Padukone's name without any hesitation.

Athiya, who is still basking in the success of her first movie, said that according to her Akshay Kumar is the fittest actor in B-Town and the newcomer took Katrina Kaif's name as the fittest actress.

Yasmin's fitness book talks about workout formulas of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Malaika Arora Khan, amongst others, along with practical tips and techniques on breathing, nutrition and everyday living.
