Five injured in chainsaw attack in Swiss town of Schaffhausen

Five persons were injured after a man carrying a chainsaw attacked people in an office building in the Swiss town of Schaffhausen on Monday.

Police have sealed off the area and are searching for the perpetrator.

The Police said the attack is not being treated as an act of terrorism.

According to local media reports, the male suspect was described being as 6ft 2 inch tall, bald and with an unkempt appearance.

The suspect was driving a white Volkswagen Caddy vehicle.
