Former call girl, Valerie Baber has narrated her life as an escort when luv-guv Eliot Spitzer had resigned after being exposed as a client of the Emperors Club call-girl ring.
Baber said that she had seen herself on TV before but had never seen it on the news as one of the faces of a scandal.
After the scandal, she claimed that there was media tsunami which lasted for months and swept her as well with the FBI pounding at her door, to the exposure in the press, to the 25,000-dollar fee paid to an attorney who defended her for the crime of having safe, consensual encounters with other adults.
Baber said that she had different names at the agency, like Raquel, who charged 1,500 dollar an hour for her services and sometimes Ashley depending on the client and the booking, while Raquel was the name featured in the news, the New York Post reported.
After the scandal, she claimed that she moved to London to start a new life and even earned a master's degree that set her sight on a different career.
