A woman was injured in yet another ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district on Saturday.

Earlier in the day, the Border Security Force (BSF) had intensified patrolling on the Indo-Pak border due to repeated ceasefire violations by Pakistan.

A woman had lost her life and three others were injured earlier on Friday, in a ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops on several BSF posts along the India-Pakistan border in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba and Kathua districts.

India strongly retaliated to the ceasefire violation from the other side of the border.
