Giancarlo Esposito is set to star alongside George Clooney and Julia Roberts in Jodie Foster's 'Money Monster.'
The 56-year-old actor, who will next be seen in Fox's franchise 'The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials,' will play the role of Captain Marcus Powell, the NYPD lead officer in charge of the situation with a gunman holding a TV stock tip announcer named Lee Gates (Clooney) hostage, Deadline.com reported.
Esposito has also lent his voice in Jon Favreau and Disney's 2016 live action/animation version of 'The Jungle Book,' and had recently finished production on the independent musical drama 'Stuck.
