Girija Vyas to deliver keynote on Urban Poverty Alleviation at Moscow

Minister for Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation Dr. Girija Vyas will deliver the keynote address at National Convention of Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) at Moscow tomorrow.

This would be attended by experts from countries such as the UK, US, Middle East, Africa and Asia. At the conference , the eminent speakers will share not only their experiences of dealing with market adversity, but also advice on how to raise capital in challenging times and explore the alternative means of raising capital and funding methods.

Best practices, processes and technologies in housing would be shared by the experts from Finland and Africa during the conference which will find inroads in the Indian market as well.

An Indian delegation led by Dr. Vyas left here today morning for three-day visit to Moscow to attend the 13th National Convention (NATCON) of Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI).

On Sunday, the Indian delegation would be visiting St Petersburg and will culminate with a meeting with the Indian Diaspora followed by dinner hosted by the Consul General, St Petersburg.

Dr. Vyas would be attending a meeting on "Social Housing" with officials of Russia on Monday.
