The Gurugram Police on Saturday arrested the gunman of an additional sessions judge for allegedly shooting at his wife and son at a busy marketplace in Sector 49 here.
"The wife and son of the judge are currently in hospital and being treated," said Sulochna Gajraj, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of East Gurugram.
A forensic team has reached the spot and is carrying out an investigation.
