Gwyneth Paltrow reckons that the best way to prevent ageing is "self-discovery, love and sex."
The 40-year-old actress, who was criticised for her dietary promotions which encourages fasting, has claimed that she's treating life like an adventure, the Mirror reported.
When asked how she maintains such a youthful radiance, she put it down to "pretty basic stuff, like exercise.
