India won the toss and elected to bowl first in the final T20I of the three-match series against New Zealand at Seddon Park stadium here on Sunday.

After the toss, India skipper Rohit Sharma said, "Good game in Auckland, want to repeat the performance. At the start, for a decider, you want to put runs, but the combinations we play with allow us to chase. That's something the team likes to do as well."

Talking about the team combinations, Sharma said that spinner Kuldeep Yadav is in at the place of Yuzvendra Chahal.

New Zealand, on the other hand, have handed over debut cap to pacer Blair Tickner. Lockie Ferguson has been rested for the game.

The T20I series is levelled at 1-1 and both the teams will be looking to claim series victory with a win in the final match.

Following are the playing eleven of India and New Zealand:

India: Rohit Sharma (capt.), Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant, Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni (wk), Dinesh Karthik, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav, Khaleel Ahmed

New Zealand: Tim Seifert (wk), Colin Munro, Kane Williamson (capt.), Ross Taylor, Daryl Mitchell, James Neesham, Colin de Grandhomme, Mitchell Santner, Tim Southee, Ish Sodhi, Blair Tickner.
