Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday criticised the Congress Party for disrupting Parliament and described them as a group of 'Hawalabaaz' who are terrorised due to strong black money laws initiated by his government.
"The strong laws on the black money have disturbed the 'Hawalabaaz'. They are feeling the heat and the threat, and that is why these groups of Hawalabaaz are disrupting the democratic system," said Prime Minister Modi while speaking at a rally here.
"Congress is stalling the Parliament to disrupt the nation's progress," he added.
Prime Minister Modi said the country wants to move ahead and it is standing firm despite the global economic scenario.
