Heidi Klum is set to sell off her Los Angeles mansion for 25 million dollars.
The 12,300-square foot Italian-style villa in Brentwood, California features eight-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms, a formal rose garden, infinity-edge pool, a putting green, koi pond, a children's playhouse, ocean views and access to hiking trails, Contactmusic reported.
The 'America's Got Talent' judge feels that her mansion is a little "piece of heaven".
Klum, who is dating 27-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel, bought this property for 14 million dollars in 2010 with her then-husband Seal.
The 40-year-old added that they worked thoroughly for over six months to fix the house and at the end of the time, the house was "as incredible as its grounds and views.
