Heidi Montag's father, Bill Montag, has been arrested by Aspen cops for allegedly committing years of sexual abuse and incest with a 13-year-old girl.
The authorities informed that the sexual abuse occurred between 1993 and 1998, till the time the girl turned 17, and Bill abused the child at least 50 times, TMZ reported.
The concerned team of doctors said that Heidi's dad groomed the teen with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home, and escalated by attempting to insert a vibrator into her vagina.
The legal documents described the last incident in 1998, when the father of two allegedly crawled into bed with the little girl and tried to pull down her underwear, when she asked him to leave the room.
Sources have revealed that the alleged victim has credibility problems, and Heidi and husband Spencer Pratt are very familiar with the accuser, "who was determined to destroy their family.
