As world leaders continue to arrive ahead of 'G20 Leaders' Summit', Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre's head chef Martin Latter has revealed the menu for the event.

The chef said that for breakfast, 10,000 croissants and 5000 Danish pastries will be served, while the centre's 700 staff is expecting to serve 100,000 cups of fresh Aussie coffee and for the health conscious, there'll be a vast array of local fruit, including Bowen mangoes and pineapples from the Sunshine Coast, News.com.au reported.

The lunch will comprise of Australia's best seafood, including Moreton Bay bugs and the country's finest prawns and crab, while 25,000kg of fresh produce has been ordered for 100,000 meals and local Scenic Rim beef and fresh Lockyer Valley vegetables will also be served.

For dinner, it's thought that Tony Abbott will share his favourite Porterhouse steak, cooked on the barbie, with the visiting dignitaries, while Tender Warwick lamb could also be on the menu and all the food will be cooked in good-quality Rathdowney olive oil.

For dessert, as many as 100,000 sweet treats will be available at the event, including classic Aussie TimTam, a traditional pavlova along with Penfolds wine.
