Everyone must be telling you about the winners and the losers of 2015 Emmys, but did anyone tell you the secret behind the 'green ribbon' that celebrities were donning on their outfits at the event?
The green colored ribbon that stars like Jeffrey Tambor and Gaby Hoffmann sported while making their appearance on Emmys' red carpet was to demand climate action and disclose their support to the EPA and President Barack Obama's climate change plan, Us Magazine reported.
After the prestigious award ceremony, the Natural Resources Defense Council's official Twitter account wrote "Thanks to @jeffreytambor, @OfficialJLD, Louis C.K., @IamDonCheadle and others for supporting climate action!"
This year's green ribbons were same as last years' ribbons, which were worn for the Green Ribbon Campaign to support discussions about mental health.
