World's tallest man and the world's shortest man recently met for the very first time in London on the occasion of Guinness World Records Day 2014.
Sultan Kosen, a 31-year-old farmer from Turkey who stands 8-foot-9, became the world's talent living man in 2009 per Guinness World Records and Chandra Dangi, a 71-year-old from Nepal, stands just 21.5 inches tall, earned him the title of world's shortest man, E! Online reported.
Kosen asserted that even though Dangi was short and he was tall, they have had similar struggles throughout their lives.
Dangi said that it was his lifelong dream to travel and becoming a Guinness World Records title holder has enabled me to do that and the fact he got to meet Sultan was special.
Guinness World Records marks their 60th anniversary in 2014.
