Hilary Duff and estranged hubby agree to share custody of son
Hilary Duff and estranged husband Mike Comrie have agreed to share custody of their 21-month-old son Luca, it has been revealed.
According to her mother Susan, they are preparing to file for divorce soon and claimed that they are better friends than a married couple, TMZ.com reported.
The 26-year-old singer's mother insisted that she is still a big fan of the 33-year-old former professional ice-hockey player and there are no hard feelings between them.
A spokesperson for the 'So Yesterday' hitmaker had confirmed that the duo had mutually decided upon an amicable separation.
