Himachal HC dismisses plea of govt. building's demolition for hotel construction
The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Thursday dismissed the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association's plea seeking quashing of the case regarding demolition of a government building for constructing a high-end hotel in Dharamsala.
In 2008, a residential accommodation belonging to Education Department was demolished to construct a high end hotel.
An FIR was registered after the Congress government took over reins in December 2012.
