A new study has revealed that men get put off by the clothes that women wear.

The study said that with Kate Middleton elected as the woman whose fashion sense men most like, men look for a modern day princess nowadays, Stuff.co.nz reported.

Men have voted "overwhelmingly" in favour of the natural look on women, and said that smudgy black eye-liner and dip-dyed hair - staples of an It girl's look du jour - were likely to thwart their burning flames of desire very quickly.
