Jennifer Aniston's yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, has revealed how women can achieve the sculpted shape that the actress is flaunting in her new movie 'We're the Millers.'
The new fat-burning workout "yogalosophy," coined by Ingber, combines the laidback practice with cardio and toning exercises.
Ingber told the New York Daily News that the yogalosophy paired a traditional yoga pose with a toner, which makes it like a yoga workout.
She said that she incorporates cardio as well as other modalities, daily playlists, recipes and journal questions.
Ingber and Aniston reportedly practice yogalosophy thrice every week.
She said that Aniston keeps herself in top shape not only by workouts but also by developing a new attitude about healthy eating and lifestyle.
