Mettl, India's leading online assessment company has pioneered a partnership with Mankind and HummingBird International to power their psychometric test assessment engine, in turn, expanding its roots into the assessment of leadership competencies for the former's recruitment consultancy.
Since the inception of the kinship between Mettl and Mankind, they have exclusively used Mettl's recruitment strategies at the request of their prestigious clientele; Ensuring that the right talent is identified for the right hiring need.
Mettl's guiding philosophy is to enable businesses across the board in finding the right fit for their specific competencies, and psychometric testing is one vertical that's constantly pushing what's possible with technical innovation and strategy.
Mettl is eagerly seeking new partners who share their enthusiasm for innovation, and on Thursday they announced their partnership with HBI (HummingBird International), a boutique knowledge-house, specialising in Behavioral Change Consulting through Organisational Design methodologies, for fostering values-based competency development and behavioral change marketing.
As part of the partnership, Mettl in tow with HBI aims to bring in a wealth of expertise in the areas of strategy, behavioral change through psychometric testing for managers in leadership roles.
Mettl, founded in 2009 by two IIT-IIM alumni and backed by top investors as an online talent assessment company.
With the help of Mettl's assessment platform, HBI provides tests that are used to select, develop, evaluate and measure the specific competencies required for leadership roles.
Mettl has also partnered with companies like Mckinsey Consulting Limited, Prime Quest HR Solutions, TalentLab, PiE (Potential Innovation Enterprise) and Brain Train (Advanced Studies Centre) to provide its entire suite of Talent Measurement Solutions, right down from cognitive assessment tests to 360-degree feedback solutions.
