Hollywood star Hugh Jackman has revealed that his wife had turned down an invitation to party with Mick Jagger to have dinner with the actor, in 1996.

The 'X-Men' star had asked Deborra-Lee Furness over to a group dinner at his home, during which she received the call from the Rolling Stones rocker urging her to leave, Contactmusic reported.

The 57-year-old Australian actress, who was Jackman's co-star in Australian TV show 'Correlli', turned down Jagger's offer to continue dinner with him.

The couple wed later that year, in April, 1996.
