Riding on confidence following their back-to-back victories over England and West Indies, the Indian women's cricket team will aim to continue their unbeaten streak when they take on arch-rivals Pakistan in their third game of the ICC Women's World Cup at Derby today.
The Indian eves, enjoying rich vein of form, are favourites against Pakistan, who have looked below-par in the tournament so far.
India had a dream start to the tournament, stunning hosts England by 35 runs before trouncing West Indies by seven wickets in the second encounter.
On the other hand, Sana Mir-led Pakistan, are yet to taste victory in the tournament. They slumped to a three-wicket defeat against South Africa before going down by 107 runs via Duckworth-Lewis method against England.
The two arch-rivals have met each other on nine times previously in the ODI format. And interestingly, India have managed to beat them on all the occasions.
