Unveiling its "Plan C," Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that the party will paralyse major cities of Pakistan and eventually shut down the whole country by December 16.
He announced on Sunday that he will shut down Lahore on December 4, Faisalabad on December 8, Karachi on December 12 and by December 16, he will shut down the entire nation, reported the Dawn.
Blasting the PML-N government, Imran said that the ball is in Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's court now and he has to solve the issue or the party will close down the country by the given deadline. He also threatened to reveal a "Plan D" on Thursday that the Sharif government will not be able to bear. He added that it has been 109 days since the protests started and the "Naya Pakistan" is waking up every day.
The PTI chief also reiterated demands for Sharif's resignation and a fair probe into alleged rigging of 2013 elections.
