India's Ambassador to Afghanistan, Amar Sinha, inaugurated the first India-Afghanistan Innovation Partnership Fair here on Wednesday.
Addressing a gathering, Ambassador Sinha said innovative solutions have helped India in increasing its agriculture production, spreading education and eradicating diseases in rural areas of the country.
He said that the partnership in innovations with India can help Afghanistan in achieving the targets of faster development.
The two day fair has been jointly organized by the Indian Embassy in Kabul in collaboration with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Kabul Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) and the Federation of Indian Chambers of commerce and Industries (FICCI).
Nearly 20 Indian and 25 Afghan participants are showcasing their innovations in the fair.
