The people of India and Bangladesh should move and work together, President Pranab Mukherjee has told a Bangladesh youth delegation that is in India as part of an exchange programme.
President Mukherjee said he was sure that the spirit of love, affection and understanding will create a unifying bridge between the two countries.
Emphasizing that India and Bangladesh share common history, culture and struggle against British imperialism, he said this type of exchange would help citizens of both countries to know each other better in terms of thoughts, beliefs and faith.
