Dr.Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, First Secretary of the Indian High Commission in Dhaka was recently in Agartala to review bilateral ties and border issues between India and Bangladesh.
He met Tripura's Chief Secretary and other officials and is reported to have discussed Tripura's role in developing trade ties with Bangladesh.
Tripura shares an 856-km-long international border with Bangladesh.
