After failing to recover from hand injury, Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has been ruled out of the squad for the upcoming T20 series against England.
Confirming the news, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed that the inspection found that Imad, who fractured his figure during domestic match, needs a further week's time to get fully recovered.
According to the Express Tribune, spinning all-rounder Bilal Asif, who is also playing in the ongoing ODI series against England, would replace Imad in the T20 squad.
Meanwhile, middle-order batsman Umar Akmal has been included in the squad after getting clean chit from the PCB for allegedly indulging in 'unethical activities' at a party in Hyderabad.
The two sides will play three-match T20 series, starting from November 26 in Dubai.
