Mobile Open Exchange Cluster (MOX) is a focused mobile ecosystem that builds on 3 pillars, i.e. infrastructure, hardware and software and addresses the challenges faced by technology companies through access to skilled human resources and enabling synergies.
With WTC Noida at the centre, MOX@Teczone is slated to transform into a focused mobile ecosystem harboring infrastructure service providers, retailers and distributors, handset manufacturers and mobile content, application and service providers. This will also further indigenous R&D in hardware and help promote start-ups in the app development and other domains related to mobile.
"Looking at the way the Indian telecom market is growing; MOX is an apt solution and will surely prove to be a game changer. MOX will enable reduced operational costs and enhanced profitability for mobile companies due to the efficient supply chain systems that will evolve due to the proximity of the vendors and suppliers in the cluster," said Executive Director WTC Noida, Khair Ull Nissa.
Techzone I is ideally located as a MOX hub owing to its strategic location that is adjacent to Gautam Budh University and other educational institutions, DMIC Corridor, the upcoming Jewar Airport and significant affordable residential catchment."
Interacting with media persons, Scott Ferguson, CEO, World Trade Center Association said: "The current government has taken slew of initiatives to propel the economic growth of the country. These initiatives have put India amongst top investment destination across the globe. We are confident that initiatives like MOX will ensure ground level success for programs like Make in India and Skill India and will take them to next level." Ferguson, is currently on visit to India.
Khair Ull Nissa, also revealed that WTC Noida is collaborating with its counterparts across the world, especially its sister WTCS in China, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan to invite investment business sectors across geographies.
World Trade Center, Noida is the largest WTC facility in the world. Crafted to international standards combined with the trust of a global power-brand, it has demonstrated its significance as a catalyst to regional business and infrastructure growth. World Trade Center, Noida has emerged from a rich mix of ideas generated from India's first and largest global architectural design competition in the commercial segment.
"WTC Noida has been facilitated by Verbind, an independent integrated trade facilitation and business management services organization to accelerate the growth of businesses associated with WTC." VERBIND also provides regular market and trends analysis and on-site feedback from domestic and global trade promotion organizations," said Ferguson.
