Irrfan Khan made his Instagram debut in the most dramatic way possible.
He shared some of his throwback pictures, where he is seen recreating iconic Bollywood moments.
The first image shows Irrfan and his friend recreating Amitabh Bachchan-Dharmendra's 'Sholay' pose from the track 'Yeh Dosti Hum Nehi Todenge.'
He captioned the snap, "This is our poster inspired by the #Sholay poster. #FilmyInfluence"
The second photograph sees the 'Madaari' actor riding a horse, dressed up like late actor Rajesh Khanna.
"Somebody told me that to be an actor you must know horse riding... So whenever I went to ride (or learn to ride -- which I didn't at that time), I made it a point that when I sat on the horse... My look would be inspired by Rajesh Khannaji... Hero toh banna hi tha! (Had to become a hero some day) Filmy Influence," he captioned it.
The third picture sees him shooting a villain dead, like a movie hero.
"Though we weren't allowed to watch cinema we used to watch a few movies .. and take pictures and weave a story around it. it would capture our minds . and it would be upto us and you to decipher what these stories would be! #FilmyInfluence Look at the guy - he is supposed to be dead. But he is smiling!" read the caption.
Here are the other pictures he uploaded:
In not even 24 hours of his debut in the photo-sharing app, Irrfan has got more than 7,000 followers on his account.
On the work front, the actor was last seen in Dinesh Vijan's 'Hindi Medium,' which is doing quite well at the Box Office.
