The Indian Space research Organisation (ISRO) is scheduled to launch its Polar Satellite Vehicle, PSLV- C26, on October16 from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SHAR) at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh.
The launch window of the mission will be open from 1.32 am to 1.47 am. The lift-off is scheduled at the opening of the launch window at 1.32 am.
The PSLV-C26, which will carry the 1,425 kilogram Indian Navigation Satellite IRNSS-1C is the third satellite of the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System that has already been integrated with PSLV-C26.
The final phase of checks is in progress.

The 67-hour countdown for the mission commenced at 6.32 am on Monday.
