Zoe Saldana has joined the heated Elton John-Dolce and Gabbana row, saying that it "would be the stupidest thing" to boycott the designers over their "synthetic" babies remark.
The 36-year old actress said that she would not stop wearing the brand and claimed that the duo had the right to speak their mind, E! Online reported.
The designers had earlier commented that children born through IVF or surrogacy were synthetic, which had led to Elton John boycotting the brand with many others like Andy Cohen, Ricky Martin, Madonna, and Sharon Stone joining the ban.
Saldana agreed that the comment had caused some sensitivity, but there was no need to make a big deal out of it.
Meanwhile, the designers have clarified they had no intention to judge other people's choices and had just shared personal views.
