BJP state president Sat Sharma and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti will meet Vohra separately in the late afternoon.
The process of government formation between PDP and BJP has entered the crucial and decisive phase after the state Governor sought opinion on the issue from both the parties.
PDP had earlier said it would go ahead with the alliance if the coalition agenda framed under the leadership of former chief minister Late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed was implemented in 'letter and spirit'.
The chief minister's seat has been lying vacant for the last three weeks since the death of Sayeed on January 7. The State is under Governor's Rule since January 8.
