Jennifer Lopez has opened up about her split with former husband Marc Anthony, in her new memoir 'True Love.'
The 45-year-old singer reportedly wrote that just before a photo shoot, she suffered from a panic attack, where her heart was beating out of her chest and she felt like she couldn't breathe, the Mirror reported.
The 'Booty' singer, who became consumed with anxiety, added that she felt like she was going crazy and so leaped from her chair and said to her dear manager Benny Medina that something was happening to her, after which her mom, who was there, rushed to her side too.
Lopez, who shares six-year-old twins Max and Emme with the 'You Sang To Me' singer, continued that it was one of those moments when she got so scared that she couldn't even scream.
She added that in a blur of fear and panic, she looked at Medina and her mother and blurted out that she can't be with Anthony anymore, after which she burst into tears.
The singer continued that her life might have looked perfect from outside, but what people didn't know was that life really wasn't that good as her relationship was falling apart and she was terrified.
