James Gandolfini has left the biggest portion of his million dollar estate to his two children, Michael, 13, and 8 month old daughter Liliana Ruth.
The former 'The Sopranos' star was estimated to be worth up to 70 million dollars when he died at age 51 on June 16, the New York Post reported.
But the Emmy award winner apparently gave his son, who found his dad's body in the bathroom of their Rome hotel suite, the majority of the estate through a trust set aside for him until he turns 21.
The will, which was quietly filed in Manhattan Surrogate's Court on Tuesday, states that the trust will also get Michael a chance to buy his father's Greenwich Street condo in the West Village.
According to the court papers, the New Jersey-born star's son will also automatically get all of his dad's clothing and jewelry.
The document also notes that the teen and his little half-sister will share their father's estate in Italy, too and they'll split it 50-50 when Liliana turns 25.
In the 17-page document, Gandolfini made a request that his children should continue to own the said property and keep it in the family for as long as possible.
