Horipro, the Japanese talent production company, is now eyeing ASEAN and India.

Recently, its famous actor and artist gathered in Singapore for the Anime Festival Asia 2014, and annual event with participation of some 90,000 people.

The event was held jointly by Singapore cooperation SOZO and Horipro.

Horipro executes not only talent business but also plural business including talent goods sales and production of its own content. It was displayed at an exhibition.

"The arrangement is better than the last year with large participation by the visitors," said Ryo Kawagoishi, producer of Horipro.

Actor of Japanese comic, Death Note, Hayato Kakizawa also participated at the event marked by musical performances and caught the attention of fans.

"Death Note is a comic to be produced as an animation and movie. In this event, many fans of Death Note visited. They were informed about the comic to be produced in Japan," said Kawagoishi.

Some fans also interacted with Kakizawa. They were attracted by his performance and attitude.

Horipro is working towards promoting Japanese pop culture to the world.

"Utilizing the current ability of talent and mastering English conversation, we will produce talent for the world stage. Horipro realises it," said Kawagoishi

Near the coast of the Japan Sea is situated Nagato city in the Yamaguchi prefecture.

This small city is one of the seven "Yakitori" cities in Japan. Yakitori meaning char-broiled chicken.

The city holds "Yakitolympic", meaning Olympic of Yakitori, which is participated by people from all over Japan.

The chicken is called Chosyu Dori, which is organic.

Instead of any antibiotic substance, different natural herbs are fed to improve flavor and taste.

Chosyu Dori, which is widely tasted by people in Yamaguchi, is now available in many across the world.

All Nippon Airways (ANA), which runs the project "Taste of Japan", will introduce Yakitori to its customers.

"It's crunchy, delicious and juicy. Thank you," said Tsugumasa Muraoka, Governor of Yamaguchi prefecture.

ANA will serve Choshu Dori saute in some of its international flights.

Koji Oka, Director of Products and Services Strategy, All Nippon Airways Co. Ltd, said "They invest a good deal of time and effort to raise 'Choshu Dori' without use of pesticides. Because the safety of food is an important theme for us. And most of all, it's delicious. All of the staff of this project ate it and agreed."

ANA also projects Yamaguchi prefecture as a tourist destination because of its historical significance.
