Jay Z invited a teenager fan hoping to get record deal following the 19-year-old's performance at a gig in Chicago, Illinois.
Monique Burrell, who was pulled onstage, could reportedly land a record deal with the music mogul, Contactmusic reported.
The singer recently invited another 12 year old from the audience to join him onstage.
