Jennifer Aniston still shudders at the memory of having to eat a greasy McDonald's burger.
The 44-year-old actress told New York magazine that she'd never forget the time when her fiance Justin Theroux and she were on a road trip and they were so hungry and since the only thing around was McDonald's, she decided to order a Big Mac, News.com.au reported.
The health-conscious star, who avoids all types of processed foods to keep fit, asserted that her body did not react well to the snack and it was like putting gasoline in a purified system.
Aniston asserted to the publication that she is always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made her stomach turn and made her feel terrible.
She added that in her opinion what you put in your body, as well as stress, is reflected in the quality of your skin.
